1,The equipment is applied to the materials with low adhesiveness and low shaping, such as the rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell, branch, trunck, bark and other wood waste, a variety of corp staws, rubber, cement, ash and other chemical materials.

2,This type of pellet mill is widely used in the bio-mass energy fuels plant, power plant, wood processing plant, fertilizer plant, chemical plant etc. It is th ideal pressing shaping equipments with low investment and high profit.

3,XGJ series wood pellet mill can produce 2-8mm pellets, final pellet length can be adjusted optionally. Before pressing pellets, raw materials should be crushed into powder, at max dimension 12mm. The humidity of materials should be between 15%-20%.

4,This pellet mill successfully combined the advantages of both the ring die pellet mill and the flat die pellet mill. And its working principle is rollers move, die stable, by their pressing, producing high larger pressure between rollers and die, pressing very low adhesive biomass waste into good quality.

5,Pellet mill contains full automatically lubricate spare parts oil system. Which can lubricate spare parts oil--rollers ,shatt, gears, bearings automatically, but other common supplier pellet mill needs to add oil each four working hours, very trouble to operate, In China, no other supplier can reach our quality and technology now.

6,Pellet mill has one ring die with two layers inside, the top layer and the bottom layer. Rollers are horizontal type. when working, rollers still move, toughing with ring die bottom layer in a flat level. flat die stable. In this way, by rollers moving, die top layer will rebound the spalished materials into bottom pressing room, increase its capacity.
