Brief introduction

1. pellet press can press high crude fiber biomass waste into good pellets. it is specially fit for biomass waste from wheat straw, rice straw, rice husk , Coconut shell, palm fiber and palm shell , very hard wood ect . also can press fertilizer pellets from animal manure, plant waste, chemical waste ect .

2. pellet press can produce 2-8mm pellets, last pellet length can be adjusted optionally. before pressing pellets, raw materials should crush into powder , at max dimension 10mm. humidity should between 15%-20%.

3. pellet press adopts both common ring die pellet press and flat die pellet press advantages ,working principle is --rollers move, die stable , by their pressing, producing high larger pressure between rollers and die ,pressing very low adhesive biomass waste into good quality pellets .

5. pellet press also contains full automatically lubricate spare parts oil systems , which can lubricate spare parts oil--rollers, shaft ,gears, bearings automatically ,but other common supplier pellet mill needs to add oil each four working hours, very trouble to operate.  In China, no other suppliers can reach our quality and technology now .

  

6. pellet press adopts flat die pellet press vertical feeding materials advantages ,  feed materials vertically and evenly to pelletizing room , but common ring die pellet press only can feed materials from the side , their feeding speed is very slow and low efficiency.  

7. pellet press has one ring die with two--layers inside ,the top layer and bottom layer .rollers are horizontal type , when it works , rollers will move ,toughing with ring die bottom layer in a flat level , flat die stable ,in this way ,by rollers moving ,die top layer will rebound the splashed materials into bottom pressing room , increase its capacity .

8. pellet press die has two layers , but only bottom die layer works when installed well,  when bottom layer is broken , turn over it and make the top layer to bottom, then it will work secondly . So one die can use two times .also the top and bottom layer hole dimension can be different , one die can press two different diameter pellets . but other supplier pellet mill just have one layer and only can use one time

9. pellet press works with air fan and bags dust filter , on one hand, it will clean dust , very environmental protection . on the other hand, it can cool pellet mill inner spare parts temperature ,making sure long time continuous working .
